Technical Parameter Basic Database
With over 20 years of specialized R&D experience and more than 8,000 real-world application case studies, we have accumulated extensive foundational data through continuous research, experimental comparisons, and on-site corrections. We have conducted in-depth studies in acoustic performance and structural design, aerodynamic performance and structural design, as well as mechanical performance and structural design. By analyzing this data, we have optimized computational coefficients and software boundary conditions. These data have become key technologies for the company’s precise design.

The company boasts a team of highly qualified research scientists and is equipped with a comprehensive, state-of-the-art noise laboratory and an aerodynamic laboratory. It also has advanced equipment such as acoustic wave simulators (oscilloscopes), power amplifiers, wide-band speakers, and other devices capable of simulating various acoustic source systems. Furthermore, the company is outfitted with measurement instruments—including 1/2- and 1/3-octave sound level meters, wind speed meters, static and dynamic pressure transducers, and vibration meters—that can be combined into different measurement systems to conduct precise measurements and analyses of experimental data related to sound absorption performance, reverberation characteristics, insertion loss of sound attenuation, sound insulation levels, flow resistance properties, and secondary noise characteristics. By integrating these measured data with computational results and continuously refining calculation coefficients, the company achieves exceptional accuracy in its calculations, thereby providing robust performance guarantees and crucial evidence for the practical application of its products.
