Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop non-standard equipment and products based on customer or company requirements for new product development.
2. Perform mechanical structure and component design, select materials, and choose components and standard parts.
3. Preparation of design drawings, development of manufacturing processes, and cost estimation;
4. Assist the sales department with customer technical support or solution development.
5. Participate in product debugging, testing, and post-sales technical services.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above through the national university admissions process, majoring in mechanical design or a related field; recent graduates from universities ranked among the top 150 nationwide (based on national rankings) are eligible for development.
2. Possesses the ability to independently design mechanical products and conduct product R&D, and is proficient in using design and office software.
3. Possesses judgment and decision-making skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills, as well as planning and execution abilities.

Salary and Benefits:

8,000–12,000, performance bonus, five social insurances and one housing fund, weekend off on Saturdays and Sundays, statutory holidays, seniority-based pay, regular medical checkups, free meals and accommodation, holiday benefits, employee tours, and paid annual leave.
